The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
Photos, renderings, examples, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Actual project results may vary depending on the property, materials, design choices, and project requirements.
03Estimates and Pricing
We offer free on-site estimates for eligible remodeling projects.
- Estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
- An estimate is not a contract and does not guarantee a project start date.
- Pricing may change after the estimate expires or if the project scope, materials, or requirements change.
- Final project pricing and scope are established in the signed written contract.
No work will begin until the required contract and project arrangements are completed.
04Written Contracts
Each remodeling project is governed by a written contract between Ironweed & Oak Construction LLC and the customer.
The contract outlines the agreed scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, materials, and project schedule, along with other applicable terms.
If information on this website differs from the signed contract, the contract governs the project to the extent permitted by law.
05Changes to the Project
Changes to the agreed scope, materials, design, or pricing must be documented and approved in writing before the additional or revised work proceeds.
Changes may affect the project cost and completion schedule. We will communicate these effects and obtain the required approval before proceeding.
Material allowances, where applicable, are subject to the terms of the project contract and the customer's final selections.
06Payments and Escrow
All payments are due according to the schedule established in the signed project contract.
Where offered and agreed upon, customers may choose to use a third-party escrow service for project payments. The escrow provider's terms and the applicable escrow agreement govern the handling and release of those funds.
Direct payments to Ironweed & Oak Construction LLC are governed by the written payment schedule in the project contract.
Any deposits, cancellation rights, refunds, and other payment conditions are subject to the contract and applicable law.
07Project Timelines
Planned start and completion dates are documented in the project contract.
Schedules may be affected by circumstances including:
- Weather conditions.
- Material availability or delivery delays.
- Inspections, permits, or other required approvals.
- Hidden conditions discovered during construction.
- Customer-requested changes or delays in selections and approvals.
- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If circumstances affect the schedule, we will communicate the known impact and any necessary adjustments. Project timelines remain subject to the terms of the contract and applicable law.
08Materials and Workmanship
Materials and finishes are selected and approved in accordance with the project contract.
Product availability, manufacturer specifications, and site conditions may affect the materials or installation methods available for a project. Any material or scope changes will be handled in accordance with the written change process.
Our workmanship warranty, including its duration, coverage, and exclusions, is defined in the project contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products and appliances under the relevant manufacturer's terms.
